1. Introduction
Vision View 360 (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a digital marketing agency based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information when you visit visionview360.com (the “Website”), contact us through our enquiry form, WhatsApp, phone or email, or use our services.
We have written this policy to follow the laws that apply to us in India, mainly the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as it comes into force. Where the law of another country applies to you, such as the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we also explain your rights under it.
By using the Website or sharing your information with us, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or submit your information.
2. Who is responsible for your information
For the personal information described in this policy, Vision View 360 decides why and how it is used. This makes us the “data fiduciary” under Indian law and the “controller” under GDPR. Our contact details are in Section 17.
When we run campaigns for clients, we may also handle information about the client’s own customers or leads, for example through ad accounts and lead forms. In that case we act on the client’s instructions and under our agreement with them, and the client’s own privacy policy applies to that information.

Information we do not want
Please do not send us passwords, card or bank account details, government ID numbers, health information or other sensitive personal data through our forms or messages. We do not need it to respond to an enquiry. This Website does not process online payments.
4. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare a free growth audit or consultation, and follow up with you.
- To provide, manage and improve our digital marketing services and to communicate with our clients.
- To understand how visitors use the Website so we can improve its content, speed and usability.
- To measure and improve our own advertising, including showing relevant ads to people who visited the Website (remarketing) where permitted.

We use your information only for purposes like these. We will not use it in a way that is incompatible with them without telling you or, where the law requires, getting your consent.
5. Our basis for using your information
India. We process personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit a form, message us or accept cookies, and for other uses the law permits, such as meeting a legal obligation. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 12). This does not affect processing that already took place.
European Economic Area, United Kingdom and similar regions. Where GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (for example, for marketing messages and non-essential cookies); performance of a contract or steps you request before entering one (for example, preparing a proposal); our legitimate interests (for example, running and securing the Website and understanding how it is used), balanced against your rights; and legal obligations.
6. Cookies, analytics and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Pixels and similar tools work in a comparable way. We use them for these purposes:
- Essential: to make the Website work, remember basic settings and keep it fast and secure (for example, caching and form protection).
- Analytics: to understand how people find and use the Website. We use Google Search Console and may use Google Analytics or similar tools, which collect information such as pages visited, device type, approximate location and IP address (often shortened or anonymised).
- Advertising and measurement: the Website uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how our ads perform and to show relevant ads to people who visited the Website. This tool may share information such as pages viewed and actions taken with Meta.
- Embedded content: Google Maps and YouTube content or links on the Website may set their own cookies when you interact with them.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Website works. You can also manage ad personalisation in your Meta ad preferences and Google Ads settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
7. Third-party services
We use trusted third parties to run the Website and our business. These include website hosting and security providers, WordPress plugins and page-building tools, analytics and advertising platforms (Google and Meta), messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, email and communication tools and, if you become a client, project management and reporting tools. They process information on our behalf only as needed to provide their services. Each has its own privacy policy that governs how it handles information on its own platform.
8. When we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- With service providers who help us operate the Website and deliver our services, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection commitments.
- With advertising and analytics platforms through the pixels and tags described in Section 6.
- With professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where needed.
- When required by law, a court order or a lawful request from a government authority, or to protect our rights, safety or property or those of others.
- In connection with a merger, sale or reorganisation of our business, in which case we will make sure the information stays protected.
- With your consent or at your request.
9. Transfers outside India
Some tools we use, such as Google and Meta services, store or process information on servers outside India. When personal information is transferred across borders, we do so as permitted by Indian law. Where GDPR applies, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the transfer mechanisms our providers use.
10. How we protect your information
We follow reasonable security practices suited to the information we handle, in line with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. These include secure (HTTPS) connections, access controls for our accounts and team, keeping the Website software and plugins updated, and limiting access to those who need it.
No website or electronic system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
11. How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy or as the law requires.
- Enquiries and leads: usually up to 24 months after our last contact with you. After that we delete or anonymise them, unless you become a client or ask us to stay in touch.
- Client records and invoices: for the period required by tax, accounting and company laws in India.
- Website analytics data: according to the retention settings of the analytics tool, typically from a few months up to two years.
- Marketing preferences: until you withdraw your consent or ask us to stop.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
12. Your rights
If you are in India, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (as it comes into force) you can ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it; ask us to correct, complete or update it; ask us to erase it when it is no longer needed; withdraw your consent at any time; nominate another person to exercise your rights if you are unable to; and complain to us and, if the matter is not resolved, to the Data Protection Board of India.
If GDPR applies to you, you may also ask for access to your data, ask us to restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing, ask for a portable copy of the data you gave us, and complain to your local data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, email us at hello@visionview360.com with the subject “Privacy request” and the details. We may need to verify your identity first. We aim to reply within 30 days, or sooner if the law requires. Your rights may be limited where the law requires us to keep information or where honouring a request would affect other people’s rights.
13. Messages and marketing
We contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email mainly to respond to your enquiry or to deliver services you asked for. We send marketing messages only where you have agreed or the law permits. You can stop them at any time by replying “STOP”, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us at hello@visionview360.com. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send messages needed to deliver a service you requested.
14. Children’s privacy
The Website and our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
15. Links to other websites
The Website may link to other websites, such as social media pages, YouTube or Google Maps. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Please read their privacy policies before sharing information.
